Shipping Terms

These Shipping Terms govern the delivery of products purchased from Freedom Wheels USA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain large items. International shipping is not currently available.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Standard Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are usually processed the same day.
2.2 Weekends and Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3 High-Volume Periods
During promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume times, processing may take additional time. We will notify you of any expected delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
3.1 Available Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $8.99 (FREE on orders over $75)
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days - $15.99
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days - $24.99
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $34.99
3.2 Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $75 or more before taxes. Free shipping applies only to standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been shipped. Delivery times do not include processing time and are measured in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).
4.1 Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time beyond standard estimates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Procedures
6.1 Signature Requirements
Signature may be required for orders exceeding $500 in value or as determined by the shipping carrier.
6.2 No One Available
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
6.3 Safe Drop-Off
If the carrier deems the location safe, they may leave the package at your door. We are not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
8. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
9. Customs and Duties
Currently not applicable as we only ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
10.1 Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
10.2 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim.
11. Shipping Restrictions
11.1 Prohibited Locations
We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses or international locations at this time.
11.2 Product Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier limitations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
12. Multiple Shipments
Large orders or items from different warehouses may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
13. Shipping Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect address information
- Customs delays (if applicable)
- High shipping volume
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
14. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your order, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the refusal is due to damaged or incorrect items.
15. Changes to Shipping Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Shipping Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
