At Freedom Wheels USA, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe
You may return most products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.2 Eligible Items
- Unused wheel accessories in original packaging
- Unopened cleaning and maintenance products
- Defective or damaged items (any timeframe)
- Incorrect items shipped
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Products installed or used on vehicles
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or personalized products
2. Defective or Damaged Products
Important: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
2.1 Reporting Damage
Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and original packaging to expedite the process.
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package item securely with all original materials
- Ship using a trackable method
3.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less than perfect condition, showing signs of use, or missing original packaging.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product in different specifications (size, color, etc.) if available. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a different price, we will adjust your refund accordingly.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
6.2 Refund for Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
7.2 Warranty Claims
Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
8. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, returns of large or specialty items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be communicated before you complete your return.
9. Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit. The original purchaser will be notified of the return.
10. International Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United States. This policy applies to all domestic orders.
